​What is your return policy?

Mod Mom Furniture's goal is to make all our customers happy with their furniture and home goods purchases. It is inevitable, though, that issues may come up from time to time. Our goal to provide you with 100% customer satisfaction, and we will work with you so please reach out if you receive your item and there is an issue. 

All orders are essentially "custom" or "made to order" so they cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded unless a there is a shipping or manufacturing issue. 

Final sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Why does my item look a little different than the photo on your website?

Each item is handmade right here in the USA and is essentially a "one-of-a-kind" however we do everything we can to ensure our products come as close to what is shown as possible.  Furniture colors may differ slightly from how your display renders color.  


How do you ship your products?

We ship all orders via FED EX ground, in the US.  If you are interested in ordering from outside the USA, please reach out to us at [email protected].  


How long does it take to receive an item from the time it's ordered?

Please allow 4-6 weeks for production of your furniture from date of order. 


Can an adult sit on a toy box without damaging it?

Yes!  We at  Mod Mom have been sitting on toy boxes and storage pieces since 2007 without harm to the toy box (or ourselves!)
